You can use our site to request help with things like:

Some services are priced per task or package. Others are custom-quoted based on your needs.

3. How to Book

All services must be requested through our official form or by contacting us directly. Once we confirm your request, you'll receive:

• A clear summary of the work we’ll do
• Pricing details
• Expected delivery timeframe

We never move forward without your go-ahead.

4. Payments

Payment is due before work begins unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. We accept major cards and other secure payment methods. All prices are in USD.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

If something changes, just let us know.

• Before we begin: Full refund available.
• After we begin: Partial refunds may be possible, depending on how much work has been done.
• After work is completed: No refunds. But if something feels off, reach out. We're human.

6. Respect Goes Both Ways

We’re here to support, not to be mistreated. We reserve the right to decline or end services if someone is aggressive, abusive, or violates boundaries.

7. Your Data

We handle your personal information with care and only use it to complete the services you request. We never sell or share your info with outside parties. Read more in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer

Our services are supportive but not legal advice, immigration counsel, or financial consulting. We’ll help you navigate, organize, and submit but final responsibility lies with you. If you need legal or professional guidance, we’ll gently point you toward someone qualified.
